Now time for starting ring. TBM machine is waiting.
We are in progress of assembling and installation of sealing ring and adapter ring of TBM machine.
Later on we are going to install steel cradle for tunnel boring machine.
After that stage other technicians will start assembly of TBM.
Time for second stage
Not so long time ago we have installed reinforcement of the starting chamber.
Last week we have completed dismounting of it! Do you think dismoutnig was easier 😉

Tunnel under the Świna River
Navitech has just completed the installation of concrete wall reinforcement in the starting chamber for the TBM machine. We completed the assembly of 550 tons of steel within 3 weeks! All works were completed ahead of schedule, meeting the expectations of the purchaser.

Bulb prefabrication for vessel
At the request of our client, NAVITECH prepared a technical drawing and prefabricated parts of the hull. The customer received the final product within the planned time.
Electrical cabinets prefabrication
Our Danish client ordered from us the prefabrication of electric drawers in accordence with the electric drawings provided by designer department.
We prefabricated 47 drawers for it, which served as a part of large Main Switchboard for one of the Atomic industry dacilities.
